Kkorichart Privacy Policy

Kkorichart is a pet health record and insurance claim material organizer provided by ByteLoft.

The app processes pet names, breeds, ages, health concerns, symptom records, medication records, weight, diet, visit schedules, and hospital names entered by the user.

To help organize insurance claim materials, the app may process insurer names, policy numbers, guardian names, phone numbers, bank names, account numbers, diagnosis names, and treatment details entered by the user.

Photos and documents selected through the system picker or gallery app chooser, or captured directly by the user, are copied and stored on the device for record attachments, claim material organization, local data export, or document sharing features.

Pet profiles, symptoms, medication, visits, receipts, claim documents, and reminder settings entered in Kkorichart are stored on the device by default.

The current version does not transmit health records, photos, documents, or insurance claim information to a ByteLoft-operated server.

The information is used only for health record management, visit reminders, insurance claim material ZIP/PDF generation, local data export, and sharing features selected by the user.

If visit reminders are enabled, reminder content may be displayed in the device notification area.

ByteLoft does not sell personal information or health records stored in Kkorichart.

The current version does not delegate personal information processing to external processors.

The current version does not transmit health records, photos, documents, or insurance claim information to third parties by default.

If the user chooses an export or sharing feature, files may be delivered to the selected external app, insurer, or cloud service. After delivery, processing is governed by that service's policy.

Records and attachments are kept on the device until the user deletes them in the app or deletes the app.

Deleting the app or clearing device storage may also delete locally stored records.

Android automatic backup is disabled, and the current version does not provide a separate cloud backup or restore feature.

The current version does not create accounts, so there is no server-side account data deletion request feature.

Users can view, edit, and delete records directly in the app, or create a local data ZIP file.

Inquiries and requests related to correction, deletion, or stopping local data processing can be sent to the privacy contact email.

The current version does not create server accounts, so ByteLoft does not keep account information on a server.

The current version does not transmit health records, photos, documents, or insurance claim information to ByteLoft servers.

Local data is stored within the protection provided by the operating system's app storage area.

When the user exports or shares files to an external app, the security and privacy practices of the selected external app or service apply.

The current version does not use advertising SDKs. To improve the service, an analytics SDK may collect usage statistics such as app opens, screen views, and whether key features are used.

Analytics events are limited so that health records, photos, documents, insurance claim information, account numbers, diagnosis names, or treatment details are not included.

Kkorichart uses an error reporting SDK for error diagnosis, with default personal information, screenshots, session replay, and failed network request body capture disabled.

Error and performance diagnostic events may include limited diagnostic information such as app version, runtime environment, platform, error stack, navigation transitions, and performance metrics. Health records, photos, documents, and insurance claim information are not intentionally transmitted.

The current version does not request location, contacts, or microphone permissions.

Camera permission is requested only when the user chooses to capture a profile photo, health record attachment photo, or insurance claim document photo.

Decisions about pet symptoms, medication, or treatment should be based on guidance from a veterinarian or animal hospital.

Kkorichart helps organize insurance claim materials and generate ZIP/PDF files for sharing selected by the user.

It does not guarantee insurance payment, insurer review approval, claim filing, or claim submission on behalf of the user.

Claim eligibility, required documents, and payment decisions should be confirmed with the user's insurer and insurance policy terms.
